Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return items within 7 days from the day after you receive your order. Please notify us via email at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
Eligibility & Potential Fees
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Hygiene stickers (if any) must be intact.
- Returns must be mailed out within 5 days from the date we send you the return instructions.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable except for quality issues.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless it’s a quality issue. - We are not responsible for customs duty on return packages.
Items with opened manufacturer seals are not accepted for return.
Non-returnable Items
- Underwear, swimsuits, costumes, bodysuits, lingerie, and other close-fitting products for hygiene reasons.
- Items with broken hygiene seals, final sale items, custom-made, and engraved items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 6 hours with detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a slip with the order number.
- Ship the package using a method that includes tracking and provide us with the tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your return.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any fees.
- If you request to cancel after 24 hours but before shipping, a 25% processing fee will apply.
- Once the order has shipped, follow the return policies stated above.
Additional Important Information
- Expedite shipping times cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season.
- Do not send your return package to the sender’s address on the package. Use the return address provided by us.
- Please ensure you do not include non-LustfulWhisper items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for returning those items to you.
- We cannot refund holiday-related items due to late arrival.
- Purchase holiday-related items at least 20 days before the holiday.
